Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of the iWaydii app and website. By using iWaydii you agree to them.

1) Who can use iWaydii

You must be at least 12 years old. Some features, like submitting community cards, require a verified email.

2) Your account

You can use iWaydii anonymously or with an account. You are responsible for activity under your account, and you can delete it at any time from within the app.

3) Rules

When using iWaydii, especially when submitting content, you agree not to:

• Post anything unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or that incites violence or discrimination;
• Post content that infringes someone else’s rights;
• Impersonate others, spam, or try to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the app;
• Use iWaydii to harm or endanger others.

4) Your content

You are responsible for what you submit. By submitting content (including community cards and personal questions that flow into our shared idea pool), you give iWaydii permission to use, adapt, translate, publish, and distribute it — including in anonymised form — to operate, improve, and promote the app and to create decks. You keep ownership of your content. If you don’t want it used this way, don’t submit it.

5) Moderation

We may review, hide, or remove any content and may suspend or ban accounts that break these Terms, including content reported by other users.

6) Our content

iWaydii’s decks, design, branding, and software belong to us. You may use them personally and non-commercially; you may not copy, resell, or exploit them.

7) Paid features

iWaydii may offer paid decks, subscriptions, or sponsored content in the future. Pricing and any extra terms will be shown before purchase.

8) No warranties & liability

iWaydii is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages or data loss, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us (if anything) in the previous 12 months. Nothing here limits consumer rights that cannot be excluded by law.

9) Ending use

You can stop using iWaydii at any time. We may suspend or end access for breaches of these Terms.

10) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, without affecting mandatory consumer rights in your country.
